Members are reminded that it is helpful if we know who is coming to our AGM, so that we can organise enough seating and meals. If you haven’t yet sent your form to our postal address, please do so as soon as possible, and enclose payment for meals ordered (special diets catered for, but we do need to know your requirements in advance). If you have misplaced you AGM Form, please contact Beryl McDowall, General Secretary on secretary@rboa.org.uk specifying whether you need a pdf or hard copy.
