RBOA at Crick Show

The RBOA has had a presence at Crick Show every year since it began, and this year was no exception, with a larger stand than in the past, giving us more room to welcome existing and potential new members, many of whom decided to join the Association on the spot.  Our seminar, “So you want to live on a boat?” drew a packed audience on each of the three days.  Even though the show was only a few days ago, we have already had numerous follow-up enquiries. Anyone who wasn’t able to make it to the show, and would like to join us, can do so by emailing publicity@rboa.org.uk for a Membership Form.  Don’t foget to include a postal address if you need a hard copy.

The Crick Show also provided a platform for RBOA to raise awareness of its Code of Good Practice, which encourages all users of our waterways to shiow respect for one another and for their surroundings.  You can find more about the Code by clicking on the green Code of Good Practice button at the bottom of the Home Page.  This will take you to the Code, and give you the opportunity to register your support for it.
