River Thames conditions advice for boaters from EA

New quick dial numbers

Our Floodline system has been updated, so we have made some changes to our telephone river advice information.

Our Floodline phone number remains the same 0345 988 1188.  Select option 1 for river information for boaters, when prompted enter one of the quick dial numbers below for the area of the river you want to hear about.

If you call the quick dial number and the message states ‘ there are no messages for this area’ then there are currently no boards being displayed at our locks.

You can still view our river advice on the River Thames Conditions website
www.environment-agency.gov.uk/riverthamesconditions.
