Users of the Thames have been long concerned about river quality in the Thames, but the EA have been unable to provide any data to confirm whether we should be worried or not. However, an environmental pressure group Earth Watch Europe is inviting us to take part in a survey of water quality in our river.
They write:
“are you available for half-an-hour between 25-28 September? The Thames WaterBlitz is a four day event designed to help find out more about water quality in the Thames. Follow the link below to sign up to receive a free water tasting kit”.
